Welcome to Nuts Nutrition! Eating nuts does not have either a good or bad time as there is never a wrong time to do the right thing. The fairest time to consume nuts is a regular morning. I prefer to eat them early in the mornings for weight loss. Okay Lets find out how to consume nuts for weight loss.

I consume nuts to boost energy as pre-lunch snacks and post-evening snacks to keep the stomach filled.

Breakfast | Morning: 

Overnight soaked and peeled almonds or raw almonds. Do not consume fried almonds or figs for weight loss.

Snacks | Evening: 

Pistachios, Pine Nuts, Cashew, and Walnuts can help stimulate immunity and stamina after a lengthy day at work. Likewise, you can consume them as tasty snacks which helps in weight loss. 

Dinner | Night:

 At night time, as a light and easy digestive meal, Walnuts, Prunes, and Dates, high in soluble fiber, can be consumed. Additionally, consuming them at night will relieve you from feeling bloated or constipated the next day. Bonus: Warm milk with almonds is good for heart health, helps get good and sound sleep, and promotes the weight loss process.

Quantity of Dry fruits to take per day:

  • Almonds: 5 – 7 pieces
  • Walnuts: 3 – 4 halves
  • Dates: 1 – 2 medium-size
  • Pista: 15 – 20 grams
  • Peanuts: 8 – 10 nuts

In my experience, your quota should be roughly around 20-25 nuts per day, divided according to various timings and periods. Bonus Nuts Nutrition Tip: Combine the nuts and dry fruits and eat them for the best weight loss results. Dry fruits and nuts heal various minor and primary health conditions and weight loss if eaten regularly at a certain quantity.
